All support requests are handled with strict confidentiality.

Priority

Issues are prioritized in the following order:

  1. Security related issues.
  2. Defects reported by commercial clients.
  3. Features requests by commercial clients.
  4. Defects from the community based on the number of reactions they receive.
  5. Features request based on the roadmap.

If your feature request isn't on the roadmap or you believe it should be prioritized higher, upvote it on GitHub.

Custom work

SheetXL community developers may be available for contract work. For SheetXL-related projects, email us us with a summary of your needs. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
